Sounds like it could be a problem with the image itself.

Have you tried a different image?

Have you definitely got the image located in the assets directory and it's named icon.png?

@ilkintacan highlight all of your config and press the code button in the editor - should look like this <> and be beside the quotion mark button and link button.

It's very hard to read your config in that format.
