Same issue as well... tried with version 0.5.2 and 0.6.0 and these seem to work so it's the latest changes that seem to have affected this (in case that helps)

Can you try and upgrade Dart to 2.1.0? The 0.6.1 update was supposed to fix issues people were having with Dart 2.1.0

Hi @MarkOSullivan94 - as I'm primarily using Dart for Flutter version 2.0 appears to be the latest stable release. I believe the fix to support Dart 2.1 and the fix required to get this issue fixed are two different things. I've submitted a pull request where the new keyword is explicitly used in the call to MapEntry in the YAML parser file. I think that in 2.1 Dart is inferring this but in 2.0 we are obviously seeing the above error.

Please take a look and hopefully we can merge it.
