Open question: _can we create one wizard that works in IDEA Ultimate and lesser distros?_

With ee1561e, the wizard:
- calls
flutter create - adds Dart support
- opens
lib/main.dart
Lots of open loops to follow-up on. (Captured in source-level TODOs.)
