Look at the logs of the application. It might be that the server cannot connect to rabbitmq, check the application logs.

Sorry, I was unclear. I checked the invalid referer to see if any requests arrived at the application and whether it would show up in the logs. When I try to post with the correct referer nothing gets logged.

I pushed a requirements change that fixes a dependency regression with kombu. I think this caused the worker to not be available.
I'll add pip-sync to avoid having an unexpected change in the requirements in the future.
