LLVM ERROR: inconsistency in registered CommandLine options
Probably some incompat between a bundled llvm and the llvm version used by your graphics driver (Using AMD?)

Yes, using a Radeon RX 480 and running Fedora in VirtualBox. Fedora shows this driver information:
Vendor: VMware, Inc.
Renderer: Gallium 0.4 on llvmpipe (LLVM 4.0, 256 bits)
OpenGL version: 2.1 Mesa 17.1.7

OK so not AMD, llvmpipe. I think there is an issue opened on flatpak/flatpak about llvmpipe not working.

@valentindavid BTW here was another issue where the llvmpipe opengl driver crashes from llvm errors.

To my knowledge all the AMD driver issues are no longer a problem. Can reopen if not true.
