Those are typos, yes. I fixed the first two in fish-shell/fish-shell@e1f988b (right before your edit 👞). It seems the third has already been fixed (at least I can't find it anymore).
In the future, these things are best reported against fish-shell because that's where the docs come from - the html documentation is generated from the *.in files in doc_src, which are also used to generate our man pages.
