Change Serial.write to Firmata.write about arduino HOT 2 CLOSED

I pushed a branch named "stream_fix" to the github repository (firmata/arduino/). Try this out when you have a chance. I'm not sure if it adds full stream compatibility, but it does expose the write method so you can use Firmata.write (which calls FirmataSerial.write in Firmata.cpp) from StandardFirmata or other application. This will then use the write method of the Stream interface rather than the Serial object. Also in the branch is the code that enabled Windows users to get the firmware name (this was broken in the past). Do a compare view and you'll see what has changed. If anyone has any other ideas regarding Stream (for example want's to expose any additional methods via composition, etc), please make them on this branch and report any test results.
