[FLIBS] Refine all filenames or function prefix to fxx about final_libs HOT 2 CLOSED

Some libs we need to clean up:

1. Try to remove the flock, we should use the posix or gcc solution
2. Refine fhash's filename and api name
3. Refine fconf's filename and api name
4. Refine fnet's filename and api name
5. Refine ftimer's filename
6. Refine fmempool's filename
7. Refine fthread_pool's filename and api name
8. Refine fmbuf's filename and api name
9. Refine ftu's filename
10. Refine fdump's filename and expose the api
11. Refine the top make file

from final_libs.

This issue has been fixed, update and new tag already in 0.4 branch

from final_libs.
