Publish the project to Maven Central about finagle-zookeeper HOT 5 OPEN

@alexflav23 This is really good to hear! Publishing the currently unpublished Finagle org projects to Maven Central is on my list of things to do this quarter, and I can definitely prioritize this one if it'd help you out.

(Btw, we'd love to see a Finagle PR adding Websudos to the adopters list.)

@travisbrown Sounds great! We will get on with that PR now and it would certainly be great to have the official Finagle out as we are getting rid of our Artifactory installation. We thought about publishing finagle-zookeeper ourselves to bintray but it's perhaps best you are in charge of your own tools without our interference.

@filipesabella I'm no longer working on this, but PRs to update versions, etc. would be welcome (I'm happy to review and merge). It's likely someone with Sonatype privileges for the Finagle org would be willing to publish it if it's up-to-date and there are people who've made some commitment to maintaining it.
