Are you sure it's actually the main Firefox installation, and not just the PWA runtime Firefox version but without any PWA modifications? You can check this if you go to about:support
, and check what "Application Binary" is set to. While you're there, please also check what "Profile Folder" is and if "Distribution ID" is set to "firefoxpwa".
If it is the PWA runtime but without modifications, go to the extension settings and run "patch profiles and runtime". This should re-apply all modifications which should solve your issue.
If it's actually the main Firefox installation, I don't know how this could happen...

The issue now seems to have resolved itself after restarting my system. Iād like to give you more information, but Iām still not sure what caused the issue or how to replicate it. I am certain though that PWAs for Firefox was just opening new windows in the main Firefox installation, as the on each new window opened was identical to the toolbar of the main installation, and each new window was consolidated with the main installation window on the taskbar; when I opened the runtime exe directory from file explorer, it would appear as a separate taskbar entry from the windows opened by PWAs for Firefox, and have a completely different toolbar.

That's very weird. Good to see that it's now fixed, so I'll close the issue. Please let me know if this happend again.
