Background
It appears that according to the spec, domain names can have underscores in them, but host names may not. However, according to wikipedia, most major browsers handle host names with underscores in them.

Implementation details
Thus, I'm going to update the domain name grammar (which is also used in the url grammar) to match domain names with underscores in them. This change will also allow for the detection of urls with a hostname with an underscore.
