"video track is unseekable" usually indicates that libavformat can't seek in the
file. I know there were problems with lavf's mp4 parser until quite recently, and r292 is quite old, so it could be related to that. Try this build and see if it

You are right. r312 fixes the unseekable problem. Thanks for the build. However audio
and video is out of sync. FFdshow plays the file correctly.
