Localhost bug about switchysharp HOT 9 CLOSED

根据个人的测试，本地地址不会走代理。
请确认设置中 "No Proxy for" 为默认值。默认值见图。

如果你清空了这个值，当然就会导致本地走代理了。

好像 AutoSwitch Mode 没有设置 bypass list.

现在我把这个判断整合到 PAC 
文件中了。但不是完全支持，基本上只支持域名、完整 ip 
（不具有 ipv6 地址标准化功能）和通配符。毕竟 PAC 
文件是无法进行域名解析的。

请等待下个版本发布。
