Minimize to tray setting gone. about puttytray HOT 2 CLOSED

This is, and (as far as I'm aware) has always been, at the bottom of the "Connection" pane in settings; both while making the initial connection and during runtime.

#22 is to move all of these settings to the same page (or, to at least think through where they should go).

To clarify the "Show tray icon" settings:

• "normal" causes it to minimize to the tray always.
• "always" causes it to minimize to the taskbar, and ctrl+minimize to the tray.
• "never" causes it to minimize to the taskbar only.
• "on start" minimizes to the tray on start.

Kind of confusing.
