Well, the original support target was IE8+, FF3.6+, Opera 12+, Safari 6+, Chrome 7+ (with the exception of the RichTextView which doesn't support IE8 because Squire doesn't support IE8). However, we don't really test in really old FF/Chrome these days, since they've disappeared out of our usage stats, so I'm happy to bump off support for FF3.6. Doing so leaves just IE8 as the only browser that needs the ES5 shims, so I'll move them into there. That way they're not even downloaded in other browsers.
