Hi @q0rban, here my two cents on this feature after spending quite some time on trying to integrate WebSocket proxying on this module interface:
The HTTP proxying interface in fast-proxy is different to the one we can effectively offer to proxy WebSockets connections and workflows, semantics are simply different!
I believe WebSocket proxying capabilities can be better implemented at a higher level outside fast-proxy. In any case, you can see an example here: https://github.com/BackendStack21/fast-gateway/tree/master/docs#websockets
PS: Please note that I do not maintain the fast-proxy project anymore, and the team maintain it may provide a different point of view.

Fantastic, thank you for the quick reply, @jkyberneees! I'll go ahead and close this issue, but the current maintainers can re-open if they have interest in pursuing this within fast-proxy.
