Ok, I can reproduce the issue. I noticed that resizing the dialog let the 'list of driver templates' reappear which, at least, can be used as workaround until further notice.

To test the fix just update to the latest feature version, which should be online by now. However, I noticed another little nuisance related to this dialog. Filed appropriate issue #45.
