Do we want to create a virtual environment for the user or should there simply be a way to keep track of dependencies? If latter, we can encourage using a requirements.txt file, as here. To get all the packages, the user would need to run pip install -r requirements.txt.

It was recently suggested in the dbt Slack channel #tools-fal to have a fal deps command which would install python packages.
