Need to extend connection handshake with compressor names on both ends. LocalNode then should not use compressors not available on one of the connected nodes.

@tribal-tec: Can you have a look whenever you're logged onto BG/Q? The snappy code has support for ARM, so I guess it's just a matter of using a proper define.

compressor test works with gcc and xlc on BQ/Q. Enough for verification?
