RSP distribution problem (Windows) about collage HOT 7 CLOSED

One client seems to get disconnected somehow: there is no data packet arriving anymore, the master is spamming ack requests, the client is answering with nacks, but no nacks arrive at the master
-> session lock

One reason could be that the switch doesn't see new IGMP memberships and disconnects the port from the mc session. Can you wireshark the node with the disconnected client?

1. Our switch is too stupid to know about IGMP, it just broadcasts the multicast traffic to all ports. It happens with two switches, which are often used with RSP and still work with RSP from Eq1.2
2. That's what we didn't try yet. We reproduced it with Scale and eqPly.

If I think about it, it could very well be the first nack in the session, which is not received and therefore locks the session
