Same problem here.
@Exter-N easy to fix, the variable @button-text-color should probably be replace with @text-color because the other one does not exists.

I just published a new version (0.2.1) which fixes the problem, at least for me (tested with several themes including the default ones). You may want to restart Atom after upgrading, since 0.2.0 doesn't unload properly (and neither does 0.1.0).
