Remove from expressjs org? about restful-router HOT 2 OPEN

I was not even watching this repo and just saw your open issue looking at all open issue across the org. There hasn't been a specific procedure. I would say perhaps the following:

(1) Is someone owning it / who?
(1a) Perhaps that person may just want it transferred under their own account?
(2) Transfer out, visionmedia (sloth) org being the current "archival" area.

I am up for (2) personally if no one steps up. The main reason I thought we might want to move it out is to make sure people do not think the current express team is maintaining it. We could do that move and transfer it to personal ownership if someone does step up.
