This is sort of a mirrored feature of the stream writer: keep the buffer of a certain size in a separate thread loop with small sleeps in between. This has 2 benefits:
- parallel handling of I/O related read operations
- dynamic input stream possible that has quick response because of small buffer

Yep, very nice feature indeed! :) Implemented by having a AudioInputBuffer for each active scenario that takes care of buffering and is live-aware so it stays as close to 'realtime' as possible. Needed quite some tinkeren, but works great!
