Create wav test file generator and use for unit tests instead of test files in git about immerse HOT 4 CLOSED

This has much added value in combination with the 'warmup' scenario #22 and other testing activities.

Actually, we can even skip the wave specific parts. We can just create an AudioInputStream and provide the audio format as parameter. Also the input stream for the audio data and length and you are ready to go.

As a first MVP a generator has been created that can create a sine wave of a certain frequency for a certain amount of time with limited control over the audio format. This is enough for basic testing purposes when no audio file is present / useful. For instance it's really easy to do some basic testing with speaker locations, controllable audio stream length, etc.

This will do for now. In case more complicated generators are needed, new issues can be created for that.
