Many thanks for spotting this issue!
In fact, the DMG file available for 0.2.1 only works for macOS 10.13+
I'll push a new package soon to support macOS 10.12+, which AFAIK is the oldest release supported by Apple now. In any case, please, let me know what macOS release you use.

Good news! I've added clang 7.0.2 (macOS 10.10+) to the pipeline and it seems to work fine here.
