Thanks to you.
Of course what the shortcut will be it's not really important.
If I can add another suggestion to this feature, it could be great to have a "Full Screen Mode" or "Presentation Mode" that simply hide all the interface and leave visible just the canvas.
With the ability to follow the links on the pages, this would help a lot to present a project to other team members or clients.

Thanks for the suggestion. I will put this into the feature brainstorming for next versions.
The shortcut selection may be different as Ctrl + Click is already used.

Sounds like a great feature and consistent with other software such as MS Office.

+1 for clickable links in editor mode
+1 for new Presentation Mode
This should probably be a separate issue as it's much greater in scale.
It would be very useful because we often hold brainstorming/revision sessions with my team, straight from Pencil (not exports), where we mainly view the page but also occasionally apply changes in place.

from the beginning of may just in editor mode add to context menu "Go to link" first element if element linked?

I feel pretty dumb right now. What is the current way to follow links? Is there any?!

+1 to showing all links
+1 to full screen.
Will these be part of a Pencil project release in the near future? We are currently evaluating wireframing tools and would definitely like Pencil if it had these.

This feature would great improve the productivity. The first step would be some "Go to Link" like @shtalinberg said. I tried that but I don't know how to go to some page based on item's "Related Page" metadata
