Well it's actually working how I had designed it (that part at least) - although looking back at it now, it might have to be adjusted. If Mylar ends up grabbing a comic, the status turns to Snatched. It will remain in Snatched status until either a Recheck Files is done, or 48 hours have elapsed (when it refreshes the db). Once either occurs, and if the file is present on the system, Mylar will change the status from Snatched to Downloaded. As at that point, it doesn't care how it came to be on your system, if it's present the file will be accounted for with the Downloaded status. :)

In Sickbeard, you would "re-scan files". However you do it, it's a stellar app already.
