For future reference, something like should work
java --module-path ./javafx-sdk-15.0.1/lib --add-modules=javafx.controls,javafx.fxml -jar ./BigdataFileViewer-1.2.1-SNAPSHOT-jar-with-dependencies.jar
Of course depends on your paths and versions.

Thanks for the issue. The javafx is not included since JDK 11, so it's not related to the OS, but related to the JDK version used. We need to install javafx to the OS firstly. Check this link for the details.
