This seems to be an issue with docker building the engine image.
[ 4/13] RUN apt-get -y install build-essential meson python3-testresources python3-venv python3-pip
Can you try removing existing docker installation from your machine and let control center install it.
Also, can you attach complete logs by downloading them using download icon button from logs section in control section.
