I wonder if you might be getting a port conflict for the new authrpc RPC service, which has on-by-default values. This is behavior inherited from ethereum/go-ethereum.

Furthermore, there were no fatal error in the entire log output.And if I revert back to v1.12.8 resolves the issue and it functions properly again.

You're right, that should be the reason. I have also installed the geth and prysm clients for ETH on my server, and the authrpc RPC port between them is 8551.
