The outline of the features should be black or white depending on the theme. The selected area on the left panel has a white or black outline as well.

For the mask, we plan to work with the feature selection symbol to use the dark outline if light theme is in effect and use the light outline if dark theme is in effect.
We will also remove the diagonal lines pattern used in the polygon fill and change it to use a dark fill color when light theme is in effect and vice versa. Assuming there will be only two fill colors (dark and light) and they will be configurable.
Please let us know if this is correct.
Also, we noticed a tool tip in the first screenshot over the main variables in stats block. Assuming this is a tool tip displayed on hover, as a click will display the sub-variables. What is the source for tool tip text?

Yes, that's correct. I'll open another issue for the tooltip. I'm not sure if we want to do it yet.
