hi,
i am new in HA and esphome, but i like how it works and how simple it is to integrate esp8266.
but i have to learn a lot.
in your code example you use 'id(pulse).value'.
i cant compile these code and get an Error.
i guess, 'value' doesnt exist as paramater.
if i use instead 'state' i get "nan'

how can i use values of an other sensor in an template sensor?
where can i find more informations about possible 'values' of a sensor to use it in lambdas?
and is it possible to use two different sensors on one pin: eg pulse counter and pulse width?
i think its not possible. i would like to get 'Total Count' and 'actual output' of my PV modules.
so i would need both types of sensors.
