Hi,
To export a .atlas file, you can use the libgdx texture packer : https://code.google.com/p/libgdx/wiki/TexturePacker#TexturePacker

But its not producing any .atlas file, its producing .txt file instead. Will .txt file work?

Yes. It's just s file extension.
