Support for Angular 6 about angular-webdav HOT 4 CLOSED

Angular 6 has deprecated @angular/http in favour of @angular/common/http. The new HttpClient support all the methods that you need for WebDAV. I suggest you discontinue to use the angular-webdav.

Here is an example of how to use HttpClient for WebDAV requests:

        return this._http.request('MKCOL', path, {
            observe: 'response'
        }).pipe(
            map(response => response.status === 201 ? true : false)
        );

If you really need the angular-webdav library, I guess I could upgrade to RxJS version 6, but I don't think it is worthy.

If you want to have extra methods like _http.mkcol( ... ) you can extend the HttpClient library.

Thanks @esanzgar for your answers, i'll use new HttpClient.
Btw, at the moment, if we use rxjs-compat@6, angular-webdav is still working 😄
But i'll soon deprecated, so i'll use HttpClient Instead 😄

npm install rxjs@6 rxjs-compat@6 --save
