Added explicit definition of Y gridlines. Major every 5 ticks, minor every one.
Idea is if these are always the same, we can remove the Y tick labels and add a legend instead. Or even without a legend?
2 other improvements to explore:
-> shift NEUTRAL count so it doesn't split a track in half... i.e. if count neutral is 1, 1 above 0, 0 below, if 2 then 1/1, if 3 then 2/1, if 4 then 2/2 etc..
-> solid gridline for Y = 0

removed y tick labels
added logic not to split count of Neutral tracks into fractional numbers so gridlines can be visually used to count tracks
