stream_loop_send has timeout problems about yaws HOT 1 CLOSED

Problem1. I can't reproduce - actually it seems to work just fine: This code:

out(_) ->
{streamcontent_with_timeout, "application/octet-stream", <<"kalle">>, 3000}.

And then

The "kalle" string get shipped immediately, and then after 3 secs, the connection
gets closed. Also looking at the code, it looks good. the FirstChunk should be
shipped directly.
