Just to confirm:
When you say "cpp unit tests", you are referring to unit tests on the implementations that use the cppinterop layer?

I modified gen_build.cs to create a net45/cppinterop project in sqlitepcl.sln so it will be easier to keep this tested. Verified that the tests fail. Then merged your PR, and verified that everything builds and the tests now pass. Thanks!
