OROC processing doesn't work with the bidirectional outputs and a combination of synchronous and asynchronous processing at all.
Any reasonable solution would add a lot of complexity and not be completely bullet-proof.
Keep things simple: drop the OROC mode completely for OPC UA support.
OPC UA is connecting intelligent front end controllers - such functionality should be implemented there, not on the supervisory level. As a last resort, there's always the option to add an OROC active ao record with 'Raw Soft' support in front of the OPC UA output record.
