@ensemenova Issue is not reproduces as in description, now Actual Result:
When user saves the R-Member structure no error or warning message appears at the screen. But when user tries to open this saved file the file isn't opened and in network 502 error apears (See Attachment).
There are no message for User.

- System opens Select Connection point dialog while connecting twp peptides even if R2-R1 connection is possible HOT 1
- Aromatization of 5-membered, nitrogen-containing aromatic rings results in invalid SMILES
- Pasted sequences are not visible in the Snake mode.
- Wrong layout in the Sequence mode while Paste sequences to the Flex mode
- Autotests: Check if possible to create bond from specific AP of one monomer to specific AP of another monomer (CHEM, CHEM - Peptides, RNA - Peptides, RNA - CHEM)
- Sequence mode validation is ignored and User can paste Peptides while RNA/DNA options is selected. HOT 1
- New Sequences are created while we add cyclic to middle of sequence.

- Duplicate appears while copy/paste Chem object with switching Macro/Micro canvas.
