Make it easy to add new service definitions about playground HOT 3 CLOSED

if there are a lot of available services the service type widget will probs need to be switched from a dropdown to select2 style autocompleting widget

from playground.

so one thought im having for this is that we make it configurable.

atm it reads from hardcoded /services.yaml and /services dir

this could instead be a list of paths, and github repo/paths - set in an env var for playground container.

that way you could dynamically read service definitions from github repo or similar

the one complexity is if the definitions change and an existing service's definition is lost, then it needs to handle it gracefully.
