So you want that something like this will be generated automatically:
DE: whitelisted
US: blacklisted
DK: whitelisted
or:
Germany: whitelisted
USA: blacklisted
Denmark: whitelisted
from blacklistr.
Not really, what you show there is basically a YAML syntax. (That's what @westnordost originally requested instead of the comma-separated values you currently provide, so it may also be an idea…, but that's another issue.)
What I want is a simple list:
Blacklisted in Germany, Denmark, ….
Disabled by default in …
It does not need to mention all countries, i.e. when you select "blacklist mode" at the slider on the website, it does only need to list the blacklisted ones, it is obvious that all other countries are whitelisted.
As an extra thing it would be great if it could detect if one status applies for all countries and just output Disabled by default in all [other] countries
, e.g.. But that can also easily be manually done.
The important thing here is that I want to have the (English) human-readable names of the countries (i.e. "Germany"), not these ISO abbreviations ("DE"), which nobody understands. 😉

Oops... I mentioned the wrong issue in f88c58c... This issue is now fixed...

Great, maybe instead of yet another button, you can just show it at the bottom right. For common files, the code list is not so long and there is pretty much empty space:
Just a white area where you show the text. It would also have the advantage you don't have to click a button, but you can see it "live".
