I think I have a solution for this but I would use a different approach.
With XPath instead of CSSSelector.
If you are fine with this I would implement this next weekend.

Sadly the underlying issue can't be resolved, because DHL, UPS and all the other shipping companies want money for accessing their APIs... thus we have to resort to screen scraping techniques and need to patch our programs every time some corporate designer tinkers around with their HTML code. That's not how the Internet is supposed to work. :(

AI is your friend. Make the scraping insensitive to (minor) changes in the DOM. Implementing that is left as an exercise for the reader.
