This is a really interesting feature.
I think being able to quickly see some indication of the integrity of a block or its history would be useful.
Having search pages based on blocks is interesting too (show blocks similar to this one). With some explicit UI around forks and diffs.
I particularly want to filter out 1:1 dupes (forks with no changes). I've noticed a couple users who seem to be forking tons of stuff indiscriminately

agree, those 1:1 (no changes at all) forks are low-signal for search results.

I do find it interesting to observe this bookmarking-by-forking or optimistic-forking behavior out in the wild. One could read this as an implicit request for better tools to bookmark/curate/organize visualization examples.
