that's right. currently we need to tell people to choose that password
anyway, I think we should rather use a pin than a password. then its much more convenient to enter. And banking apps consider this to be safe enough too.

For now it is acceptable to ask for the password once (after voting on the number of participants present)
The pwd should then be cached.
The extrinsic for the registration of the attestations should be signed right away with that password. The signed extrinsic then needs to be persisted until we have internet access (should not need a button saying "submit extrinsic". Do it automatically and indicate success (see #60)
