I think this should be a non-fix.
has_spatial_direct_part and has_spatiotemporal_direct_part should be neither symmetric nor transitive.
emmo_relation can be discussed. Maybe it should be both symmetric (if a is EMMO-related to b, then b is EMMO-related to a) and transitive (if a is EMMO-related to b and b is EMMO-related to c, then a is EMMO-related to c)?
