Well, that makes sense, evdev is a linux API.

Oh wait it's a regression, I see. Would it make sense to add the type definitions and everything to libc? I didn't even realize evdev could be run on FreeBSD.

This is probably a bug or omission in libc upstream. Perhaps a feature-gated definition that is present on some BSDs but not all.

Is it even right for the libc crate to include these on Linux? uapi headers technically aren't related to the c library…

The libc crate isn't specifically "the C standard library", but rather OS API bindings in general.
