Serial Comm diagnostics about ellavator HOT 2 OPEN

Added pi4j-dev-demo-maven-1.0-SNAPSHOT.jar serial testing util and sesam-sources-1.0-SNAPSHOT.jar util created from old source files used in the previous project.
pi4j util was not tested because we still cannot figure out how to establish a reliable serial connection with another pc.
sesam util was tested on our Dell laptop and it appears that it requires javax.comm.properties file which tells it which os serial driver to use. I am working on a fix. Once it is done I shall use it to send floor signals to the elevator from the laptop.
