Looks like popconfirm is not convenient for operating on mobile.

I always have liked the UX of Insomnia.
e.g. when you click on Delete, it changes the text + color and you have to click a 2nd time to confirm:

It also has a timeout of (?) ~2s until the status resets.

but it's probably not a good use case here since users may click and not notice, leave under the impression of having unfollowed, ... :-)
