@elgalu Brought up the idea about moving this repository to an organization. The thought here is that there are now 76 different docker images up on dockerhub. We'd like to see that this solution could stand as the kickoff for one supported by a broader community. The question is do we create our own organization or look to be brought into one of the existing communities that's already established?

I think that it should be included in one of two orgs:

I'm positive towards making this an official part of the Selenium umbrella project.

(sorry posted as wrong account before...)

my first inclination is to think it should go to dockerfile... but I could be convinced otherwise :)

also, where's PhantomJS and selendroid!? ;)

@lukeis We take pull requests 😉 PhantomJS and Selendroid support would be awesome.

We aren't seeing anything from the docker community on this, I'm leaning towards having this fall under the Selenium umbrella. I'm thinking that if anything needs to change within this Docker setup at this point it will most likely be directly related to Selenium and not necessarily to Docker.

I am in favour of this however I suggest emailing the Selenium Developer mailing list so we can discuss this properly.

I just posted a topic there, but looks like it needs to be approved before I can include a direct link to it.
