这是针对 app 的，我是要开发一个独立的 module，打包后给其他 app 或 module 使用。
你可以使用 npx nuxi init -t module my-module，按照上述复现步骤即可验证。

@element-plus/nuxt 的样式按需引入是通过一个插件实现的，我也不清楚它是否能够作用于 node_modules 目录。你可以先提供一个你封装组件的 demo 和其打包过后的代码吗？
